摘要
采用紫外分光光度法测定高原毛茛(Ranunculus brotherusii)总黄酮的含量,采用正交设计优化提取工艺,考察料液比、提取时间、乙醇体积分数对总黄酮的影响。结果表明,高原毛茛最优提取工艺为70%的乙醇溶液,料液比为1∶55,超声提取1.0 h时,提取得到的总黄酮量最多。所建立的高原毛茛总黄酮含量测定的方法准确、简单、易于操作,可作为高原毛茛质量评定的一种依据。
UV spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of total flavonoids of Ranunculus brotherusii,orthogonal design was used to optimize the extraction process,and the effects of the ratio of solid to liquid,extraction time,ethanol concentration and other factors on the extraction amount of total flavonoids were investigated.The results showed that the maximum amount of total flavo⁃noids was obtained when ultrasonic extraction was conducted for 1.0 h with 70%ethanol and the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶55.This method is accurate,simple and easy to operate,which can be used as a basis for the quality evaluation of Ranunculus brotherusii.
