联合应用经腹及经阴道超声在妇产科急腹症诊断中的作用分析被引量：4

Analysis of the Role of Combined Application of Transabdominal and Transvaginal Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Acute Abdomen in Obstetrics and Gynecology

摘要目的:深入探讨在妇产科急腹症的诊断过程中联合运用经腹超声和经阴道超声的实际作用。方法:选取于2018年11月~2020年11月来本医院妇产科就诊的62例急腹症患者作为本次的研究对象,所有患者均行经腹超声检查以及经阴道超声检查,然后根据诊断的总符合率对诊断方式的价值进行判断。结果:在通过病理诊断之后发现,在此次所选取的62例妇产科急腹症患者当中共有3例卵巢肿瘤蒂扭转、36例异位妊娠、7例急性附件炎、5例急性盆腔炎以及11例黄体囊肿破裂,腹部超声、经阴道以及两种诊断方式联用的诊断符合率分别为72.58%、90.32%、96.77%。联合应用经腹超声及经阴道超声这两种检查方式的特异性、灵敏度以及准确率均超过仅单用一种方式进行检查。结论:在妇产科急腹症的诊断过程中联合运用经腹超声检查和经阴道超声检查,效果显著,诊断价值优于单用一种超声诊断方法的模式,总符合率与病理诊断结果极为接近,值得在全国各大医院的妇产科广泛推荐运用。 Objective:To explore the practical role of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:62 cases of acute abdomen patients who came to our hospital from November 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects.All patients underwent transabdominal ultrasound examination and transvaginal ultrasound examination,and then judged the value of diagnostic methods according to the total coincidence rate of diagnosis.Results:After pathological diagnosis,it was found that among the 62 cases of gynecological acute abdomen,there were 3 cases of ovarian tumor pedicle torsion,36 cases of ectopic pregnancy,7 cases of acute adnexitis,5 cases of acute pelvic inflammatory disease and 11 cases of rupture of corpus luteum cyst.The diagnostic coincidence rates of abdominal ultrasound,transabdominal ultrasound and the combination of the two diagnostic methods were 72.58%,90.32%and 96.77%respectively.The specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of combined use of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound were higher than that of single use.Conclusion:In the process of diagnosis of acute abdomen in obstetrics and gynecology,the combined use of transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound has significant effect,and the diagnostic value is better than that of single ultrasound diagnosis method.The total coincidence rate is very close to the pathological diagnosis results it is worthy to be widely recommended in obstetrics and gynecology of major hospitals in China.
