摘要
目的探讨新型隐球菌性脑膜炎的脑脊液标本检验方法。方法选择我院收治的70例新型隐球菌性脑膜炎患者作为本次研究入组对象,时间为2017年6月至2019年6月,采取4种不同的检验方法检测脑脊液标本,对比不同方法检测的阳性率。结果乳胶凝聚试验、墨汁染色法、革兰染色法、真菌培养的脑脊液检测阳性率分别为95.71%、88.57%、77.14%、67.14%;乳胶凝聚试验阳性率显著高于墨汁染色法、革兰染色法,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型隐球菌性脑膜炎的脑脊液标本检验方法中乳胶凝聚试验的检测准确率最高,但建议临床联合采用2种或两种以上的方法检测同一份标本进行联合验证。
Objective To investigate the test method of cerebrospinal fluid(CSF)for cryptococcal neoformans meningitis.Methods A total of 70 patients with cryptococcal neoformans meningitis admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as subjects for this study.Four different test methods were used to detect cerebrospinal fluid specimens and the positive rates were compared with different methods.Results The positive rates of CSF were 95.71%,88.57%,77.14%and 67.14%respectively.The positive rate of emulsion coagulation test was significantly higher than that of ink staining and Gram staining,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The test method of cerebrospinal fluid for cryptococcal neoformans meningitis has the highest accuracy in the detection of emulsion coagulation test,but it is recommended to use two or more methods to detect the same specimen for joint verification.
