大坡度TBM施工开挖面稳定性研究

摘要 以某地TBM施工段为工程依托,根据大坡度盾构法施工难点归纳大坡度TBM施工面临的问题;通过对比盾构施工与TBM施工开挖面的破坏形态,提出TBM施工开挖面破坏模型以及开挖面极限支护力的计算方法,并结合工程对迎坡条件下TBM施工开挖面支护力进行计算和分析。结果表明:TBM施工岩体开挖面基本处于稳定状态;开挖面处岩体抗剪强度越大的则所需支护力越小;开挖面极限支护力与线路坡度成正相关关系。研究成果可为隧道TBM施工开挖面支护力计算提供参考。 Based on the construction of a certain TBM section,the challenges faced by the construction of large slope TBM are summarized according to the construction difficulties of the large slope shield method.By comparing the failure modes of the excavated face in shield construction with that in TBM construction,the failure model of the excavated face in TBM construction and the calculation method of the ultimate supporting force of the excavated face are put forward,and the supporting force of the excavated face in TBM construction is calculated and analyzed in combination with the engineering.The results show that the excavation surface of rock mass under TBM construction is basically in a stable state.The larger the shear strength of the rock mass at the excavation face,the smaller the supporting force required.The limit supporting force of excavation face is positively correlated with line slope.The research results can provide reference for the calculation of supporting force of tunnel TBM excavation face.
