摘要
【目的】探明盐碱地改良为农田所带来的生态效益,为政府及相关部门制定相关的环境保护政策提供重要的参考依据。【方法】采用市场价值法、替代工程法和影子价格法,对吉林省乾安县盐碱地改良基地的包括固碳吐氧、涵养水源、保护土壤、净化大气与阻滞粉尘和营养物质循环等生态效益进行评估与分析。【结果】余字乡103.22 hm^(2)的盐碱地改良成为农田,生态效益年均增量约为400万元,农田年均生态效益增量为4万元/hm^(2);其中,保护土壤和固碳吐氧的服务价值量在总生态效益里占比很高,分别为41%和31%。【结论】吉林省乾安县盐碱地改良所创造的生态效益是经济效益的5倍,保护土壤和固碳吐氧的效应最为明显。
【Objective】To provide the important reference basis for formulation of relative environment protection policy by revealing the ecological benefits from improvement of saline-alkali land.【Method】The ecological benefits of carbon fixation and oxygen release,water conservation,soil conservation,atmosphericcleaning and dust-fall,and nutrient cycle in the saline-alkali land improvement base are evaluated and analyzed by the market valuation,replacement engineering and shadow pricing methods in Qian’an County,Jilin.【Result】The saline-alkali land with 103.22 hm^(2) area is improved into farmland in Yuzivillage.The annual average increment of ecological benefits reaches 4 million Yuan and the annual average increment of farmland ecological benefits is forty Yuan/hm^(2).The service value of carbon fixation and oxygen release,and soil conservation in total ecological benefits is up to 31%and 41%respectively.【Conclusion】The ecological benefits created from saline-alkali improvement is 5 times that of economic benefits and the effect of carbon fixation and oxygen release,and soil conservation is obvious in Qian'an County,Jilin.
