摘要
目的:探讨信息-知识-信念-行为(IKAP)健康教育模式应用于老年急性胰腺炎病人的效果。方法:选择2019年1月—2020年1月我院收治的老年急性胰腺炎病人118例,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组59例。对照组给予常规健康教育模式,观察组给予IKAP健康教育模式。比较两组干预前后遵医行为、自我效能、生活质量、自我护理能力变化情况。结果:干预后观察组遵医行为优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后观察组一般自我效能感、社会反应、身体角色、饮食限制、冲突行为、健康忧虑、家庭关系、异性概念、烦躁不安、自我护理技能、自我概念、自我责任感、健康知识水平、自我护理能力总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:IKAP健康教育模式应用于老年急性胰腺炎病人,可提高其遵医行为和自我效能,改善生活质量,增强自我护理能力。
Objective:To explore the effect of IKAP health education model in elderly patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods:Totally 118 elderly patients with acute pancreatitis in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020,were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 59 cases each group.The control group was given routine health education mode,and the observation group was given IKAP health education mode.The changes of compliance behavior,self-efficacy,quality of life and self-care ability were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results:After intervention,the compliance behavior of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of general self-efficacy social reaction,physical role,dietary restriction,conflict behavior,health anxiety,family relationship,heterosexual concept and irritability,self-care skills,self-concept,self responsibility,health knowledge and self-care ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of IKAP health education model in elderly patients with acute pancreatitis can increase the compliance behavior and self-efficacy,improve the quality of life,and enhance the ability of self-care.
