摘要
为揭示沙棘抗旱特性,在整个生长季对5个无性系进行干旱胁迫处理(正常水分、中度干旱、重度干旱),观测不同处理下叶性状、光合特性及酶活性等,确定其响应机制。结果表明,沙棘无性系的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度都以正常水分条件下最高,重度干旱条件下最低。在重度干旱胁迫时,“杂雌优2号”、“杂雌优10号”、“杂雌优54号”的长期水分利用效率(δ^(13)C值)、抗氧化酶活性仍继续升高,表明这3个沙棘无性系在持续干旱条件下仍具有较好的抗旱响应机制。
In present study,effects of drought stress on the growth of five Hippophae rhamnoides clones were studied.After drought stress was applied throughout the growing season,leaf traits,photosynthetic characteristics and enzyme activities were observed under different water conditions(normal water,moderate drought and severe drought)to determine the response mechanisms.The photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of each tested Hippophae rhamnoides clone under normal water condition were much larger than that under severe drought condition.Under severe drought stress,the long-term water use efficiency(δ^(13)C),autioxidant enzyme activities(4 kinds)of Hippophae rhamnoides‘Zaciyou 2’,Hippophae rhamnoides‘Zaciyou10’,Hippophae rhamnoides‘Zaciyou54’continued rising,which indicated that these three clones still had good drought-resistant mechanisms under the condition of continuous drought.
