摘要
近些年我国煤化工技术快速发展,全国重工业发展较快,用电量的需求增加。煤化工及煤发电行业的原料都是煤,导致用煤的需求量增加。煤炭的开采面临严峻的挑战,煤矿井矿难事故中因瓦斯爆炸造成的损失往往不可估量。根据目前的矿难发生情况,针对矿井瓦斯进行实时监测,同时具有上位机监控、下位机报警功能。下位机部分设计多节点和瓦斯排风设备,对矿井瓦斯浓度的检测通过无线传输给上位机接收部分,一旦发生瓦斯浓度超标情况,启动报警系统,提醒人员撤离,同时启动通排风系统,将瓦斯浓度控制在许可范围。
In recent years,my country′s coal chemical technology has developed rapidly,and the country′s heavy industry has developed rapidly,and the demand for electricity consumption has increased.The raw materials of coal chemical industry and coal power generation industry are coal,which leads to an increase in the demand for coal.Coal mining is facing severe challenges.The losses caused by gas explosions in coal mine accidents are often immeasurable.According to the current situation of mine disasters,real-time monitoring of mine gas is carried out.At the same time,it has the functions of upper computer monitoring and lower computer alarming.The lower computer part is designed with multi-node and gas exhaust equipment.The detection of the mine gas concentration is wirelessly transmitted to the upper computer receiving part.Once the gas concentration exceeds the standard,the alarm system is activated to remind the personnel to evacuate.At the same time,start the ventilation and exhaust system to control the gas concentration within the allowable range.
