摘要
刘口水库位于河南省商丘市梁园区刘口乡北部的黄河故道子河上(即故道河床),上游16 km左右有郑阁水库,刘口水库向下游石庄灌区供水。该水库是一座以灌溉、供水为主,兼有防洪、旅游和生态等多种功能的小(1)型水库。刘口水库除拦蓄部分天然径流外,主要靠上游引黄供水充库作为水源。该水库正常蓄水位(兴利水位) 55.35 m,兴利库容345万m^(3),死水位53 m,死库容15万m3,防洪保护耕地面积23 333.33 hm^(2),设计灌溉面积733.33 hm^(2)。
Liukou Reservoir is located in the north of Liukou Township,Liangyuan District,Shangqiu City,Henan Province,on the river bed of the old channel of the Yellow River( the old channel bed). There is Zhengge Reservoir about 16 km upstream. The Liukou Reservoir supplies water to Shizhuang Irrigation Area downstream. The reservoir is a small( I) type reservoir,mainly for irrigation and water supply,with functions such as flood control,tourism and ecology. In addition to retaining part of the natural runoff,Liukou Reservoir mainly relies on the upstream Yellow River diversion water filling the reservoir as the source of water. The normal water level( Xingli water level) of the reservoir is 55.35 m. Xingli Reservoir capacity is3.45 million m^(3). The dead water level is 53 m and the dead reservoir capacity is 150,000 m^(3). The cultivated area under flood control protection of Xingli Reservoir is 23 333.33 hm^(2) and the design irrigation area is 733.33 hm^(2).
