外施MeJA调控UV-B辐射下颠茄生理特性及氮代谢的影响

Effects of Exogenous MeJA on Adversity Physiology and Nitrogen Metabolism of Atropa belladonna L.Under UV-B Radiation

摘要 以颠茄幼苗为试材,UV-B(10μW·cm-2)辐射下,研究外施不同浓度MeJA对颠茄幼苗逆境生理及氮代谢的影响(处理时长12 d).结果表明:外施MeJA可显著提高UV-B辐射下颠茄叶片光合色素和脯氨酸含量,其中250μmol·L-1 MeJA更能促进二者含量的积累;抗氧化酶(SOD、POD、CAT)活性在外施不同浓度MeJA处理后也有一定程度的提升,而MDA含量则显著降低.对氮代谢的研究发现,可溶性蛋白、硝态氮、游离氨基酸含量以及氮代谢关键酶(NR、GS、GDH)活性,在UV-B辐射下外施MeJA处理后,均有显著提高,而铵态氮含量显著降低.因此,本试验结果显示,在UV-B辐射下,外施适宜浓度的MeJA有利于颠茄幼苗的生长和氮素代谢,可有效缓解UV-B辐射对颠茄幼苗的伤害. Atropa belladonna L.seedlings are used as experimental materials to spray different concentrations of exogenous MeJA on the seedlings(treatment time 12d)to study the effects of stress physiology and nitrogen metabolism under UV-B(10μW·cm-2)radiation.The results showed that external application of MeJA could significantly increase the contents of photosynthetic pigment and proline in the leaves of Atropa belladonna L.seedlings under UV-B radiation,and 250μmol·L-1 MeJA could promote the accumulation of both contents.The activities of antioxidant enzymes(SOD,POD,CAT)were also significantly increased to a certain extent after applying MeJA at different concentrations,while the MDA content was significantly decreased.Therefore,the results of this study showed that under UV-B radiation,the application of appropriate concentration of MeJA was beneficial to the growth and nitrogen metabolism of Atropa belladonna L.seedlings,and could effectively alleviate the damage to Atropa belladonna L.seedlings caused by UV-B radiation.
