品管圈在降低静脉用药调配中心药品破损发生事件数的效果 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析研究品管圈在降低静脉用药调配中心破损事件发生数的效果。方法采用品管圈对新疆医科大学第一附属医院药学部静脉用药调配中心进行质量管理控制,以“降低静脉用药调配中心药品破损发生事件数”为主题,分析比较采用品管圈管理前后药品破损发生事件数的变化情况。结果与开展品管圈管理管理前比较,开展品管圈后药品破损发生事件数从39起/月下降至12起/月,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),目标达标率为95.2%;圈员在提高解决问题能力、沟通协调力、责任心、展示自己、品管手法运用能力、自信心方面的评分均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈能有效地降低药品破损发生事件数,减少资源浪费,提升科室质量管理。 Objective To analyze and study the effect of quality control circle in reducing the number of breakage events in pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS).Methods The quality control circle(QCC)was used to control the quality management of the pharmacy intravenous admixture service center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University.With the theme of"reducing the number of drug damage events in the pharmacy intravenous admixture service center",the changes of the number of drug damage events before and after the QCC management were analyzed and compared.Results Compared with before the implementation of quality control circle,the number of drug damage events decreased from 39/month to 12/month(P<0.05),and the target compliance rate was 95.2%;The scores of the circle members in improving problem-solving ability,communication and coordination ability,sense of responsibility,showing themselves,quality control skills application ability and self-confidence were all increased(all P<0.05).Conclusion The activities of the quality control circle can effectively reduce the number of cases of drug breakage,reduce the staff costs of the resource wave,and effectively improve the quality management of the department.
