摘要
采用超临界CO 2萃取工艺由防城港金花茶叶片中萃取天然精油成分,再以所萃取的金花茶天然精油为主材料制备成面霜,通过正交实验对面霜配方进行优化,最后通过面霜在不同条件下的重量变化及适宜浓度的霜剂溶液在280~400 nm的紫外吸收对其抗紫外及保湿作用进行验证。金花茶叶萃取压力19.2 MPa,萃取温度50℃,萃取时间2.0 h,天然精油得率为0.043%。所开发面霜产品霜体细腻,香氛自然淡雅,具有较好的抗紫外及较强的保湿效果。
Supercritical CO 2 extraction process was used to extract natural essential oil components from Camellia nitidissima Chi leaves,and then the extracted natural essential oil of Camellia nitidissima Chi was used as the main material to prepare a face cream.The formula of the cream was optimized through orthogonal experiments.The weight change under different conditions and UV absorption of the cream solution of suitable concentration at 280~400 nm verified its anti-ultraviolet and moisturizing effects.Results showed that the extraction pressure of Camellia nitidissima Chi leaves was 18.85 MPa,the extraction temperature was 45℃,and the extraction time was 2.0 h.The yield of natural essential oil was 0.043%.The developed delicate facial cream product had elegant fragrance,good anti-ultraviolet and strong moisturizing effects.
