摘要
港口是实现交通领域碳达峰、碳中和的核心环节。以深圳港为例,重点梳理了近年来深圳港在港口集疏运结构、绿色港区建设等领域的相关经验。基于深圳港腹地特征、经济运距分析,总结提炼了深圳绿色港口建设过程中存在的问题。综合参考国内外先进港口、航运公司相关经验,提出碳足迹测定方法、开展碳捕获和碳补偿研究、推动港口节能减排等,探索碳达峰和碳中和实现路径。
Ports are the core link to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality in the transportation sector.Taking Shenzhen Port as an example,it focused on the relevant experience of Shenzhen Port in the field of port collection and distribution structure and green port construction in recent years.Based on the characteristics of the hinterland of Shenzhen Port and the analysis of economic transportation distance,the problems existing in the construction of Shenzhen's green port are summarized and refined.With the relevant experience of domestic and foreign advanced ports and shipping companies,this paper proposes carbon footprint measurement methods,carry out carbon capture and carbon compensation research,promotes port energy conservation and emission reduction,etc.,and explores ways to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
