摘要
考察了典型的无机絮凝剂和有机高分子絮凝剂对清淤底泥脱水性能的改善作用,解析了调理过程中底泥絮体特性的变化特征,探究了絮凝处理过程中污染物的释放规律。研究结果表明:各种絮凝剂均可通过增加底泥絮体颗粒粒径和降低底泥表面电荷而有效改善底泥的脱水性能;不同絮凝剂调理后,余水中氨氮浓度均明显上升,PAM系絮凝剂能有效抑制底泥中有机物的释放,而无机絮凝剂能有效抑制底泥中总磷的释放。三维荧光光谱分析(3D-EEM)表明,底泥中溶解性有机质以芳香族类蛋白质和色氨酸类蛋白质为主,不同絮凝剂均能去除上清液中的蛋白类物质。PAC去除底泥中蛋白类物质的效能对碱化度的变化不敏感,而PAM系絮凝剂的分子量越大,对蛋白类物质的絮凝去除效果越明显。
The improvement effect of typical inorganic flocculants and organic polymer flocculants on dewatering performance of dredged sediment was investigated in this study.The change characteristics of sediment flocs in the conditioning process was analyzed,and the release law of pollutants during the flocculation process was explored.The results showed that various flocculants could effectively improve the dewatering performance of the sediment by increasing the particle size of the sediment flocs and reducing the surface charge of the sediment.After conditioning with different flocculants,the concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the residual water increased significantly.PAM-based flocculants could effectively inhibit the release of organic matter in the sediment,while inorganic flocculants could effectively inhibit the release of total phosphorus in the sediment.Three-dimensional excitation emission matrix(3D-EEM)analysis showed that the soluble organic matter in the dredged sediment was mainly aromatic proteins and tryptophan proteins,and the protein substances in the supernatant could be removed by different flocculants.The efficiency of PAC to remove protein substances in the bottom sludge was not sensitive to the changes of the degree of alkalinity,and the larger the molecular weight of the PAM flocculant was,the more effective it was to flocculate and remove the protein flocculant.
