摘要
应用HPLC法对23份猴头菌种质的麦角甾醇进行测定分析的结果,麦角甾醇含量总体以平均值为中心呈正态分布,栽培种质、杂交选育种质、野生种质组内与组间有明显差异;分析液相图谱发现,不同种质甲醇提取物液相图谱的峰数存在明显差异,在一定程度上反映出种质差异性。应用HPLC法对麦角甾醇进行测定分析,适用于猴头菌种质资源的初步评价研究。
The contents of ergosterol in 23 Hericium erinaceus germplasm were determined by HPLC.The results showed that ergosterol content in different germplasm was significantly different,ergosterol content was normally distributed at the center of average value,and there were significant differences between germplasm groups in cultivated germplasm,hybridized germplasm and wild germplasm.Analysis of liquid chromatogram showed that there were obvious differences in the number of peak of methanol extract from different germplasm,which could reflect the difference of germplasm to some extent.The germplasm of Hericium erinaceus could be evaluated rapidly by HPLC of ergosterol determination.
