摘要
植物多糖作为多功能的天然植物成分,具有来源广泛、毒副作用低以及良好的抗氧化活性等特点,可以增强动物机体免疫力,调节肠道功能和改善畜产品品质。文章综述植物多糖的抗氧化机制、影响多糖抗氧化功能的因素及其在动物生产中的应用,以期为植物多糖的深入开发及应用提供参考。
As multifunctional natural plant ingredients,plant polysaccharides have many characteristics,such as a wide range of sources,non-toxic side effects and good antioxidant activity,which can enhance animal immunity,regulate intestinal function and improve the quality of animal products.In the paper,the antioxidant mechanism of plant polysaccharides,the factors affecting the antioxidant function of polysaccharides and their application in animal production were reviewed,in order to provide reference for the further development and application of plant polysaccharides.
