摘要
研究旨在比较番薯秧和苜蓿对小尾寒羊生长性能、养分表观消化率及行为特征的影响。选择8月龄、体重(43.35±1.51) kg的健康小尾寒羊公羊8只,随机分为2个组,每组4个重复,1只羊为1个重复。试验羊饲喂等量精料,1组小尾寒羊粗饲料饲喂苜蓿,2组小尾寒羊粗饲料饲喂番薯秧。预试期7 d,正式试验期35 d。结果显示,饲喂番薯秧和苜蓿的小尾寒羊平均日采食量、净增重、平均日增重、料重比、粪便干重以及行为特征均无显著差异(P>0.05)。相比饲喂苜蓿组,饲喂番薯秧组小尾寒羊干物质表观消化率显著增加(P<0.05),粗脂肪、粗灰分表观消化率显著降低(P<0.05),粗蛋白、中性洗涤纤维和酸性洗涤纤维表观消化率无显著变化(P>0.05)。饲喂番薯秧组小尾寒羊平均每千克增重成本比苜蓿组低。研究表明,小尾寒羊对苜蓿和番薯秧营养物质消化吸收能力不同,但从经济效益角度考虑,番薯秧饲喂小尾寒羊具有更高的经济效益。
The experiment studied the effect of sweet potato vine and alfalfa on growth performance,behavior characteristics and nutrient apparent digestibility of Small Tail Han sheep.Eight healthy male Small Tail Han sheep[8-month-old,(43.35±1.51)kg]were randomly divided into two groups,with four replicates in each group and one sheep in each replicate.Small Tail Han sheep in the two groups were fed with the same amount of concentrate supplement Group 1 were fed with alfalfa,and Group 2 were fed with sweet potato seedlings.The pre-feeding period lasted for 7 d and the experimental period lasted for 35 d.The results showed that there were no significant differences in feed intake,net weight gain,average daily gain,the ratio of feed and gain,the fecal dry matter and the behavior characteristics(P>0.05).Compared to feed alfalfa,the apparent digestibility of dry matter was significant higher(P<0.05),the apparent digestibility of crude fat and crude ash were lower in the sheep with sweet potato vine(P<0.05).The apparent digestibility of crude protein,neutral detergent fiber and acid detergent fiber showed no significant variation(P>0.05).The average cost of weight gain per kilogram was lower in the sweet potato vine group than in the alfalfa group.The experiment indicates that the sheep has different nutrient digestibility and absorption capacities to alfalfa and sweet potato vine,but it is better to feed sweet potato vine than alfalfa to Small Tail Han sheep,which is judged from the economic benefit.
