摘要
总结近年来衰弱的中西医研究进展状况。通过万方、知网、维普等网站检索并查阅衰弱相关文献,整理并总结衰弱的中西医研究进展。从衰弱的中西医角度对其定义、病因病机、辨证分型、评估工具、相关危险因素及干预措施进行综述。衰弱的尽早识别及干预是很有必要的,但国内研究仍较少,缺乏标准化研究。
To summarize the research progress of frailty Chinese and western medicine in recent years.Through Wanfang, CNKI,VIP and other websites, we searched and consulted the related literature of frailty, and sorted out and summarized the research progress of frailty in Chinese and western medicine.The definition, etiology, pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation, assessment tools, related risk factors and intervention measures were summarized from the perspective of frailty Chinese and western medicine.It is necessary to identify and intervene frailty as soon as possible, but there are still few researches in China and lack of standardized research.
