摘要
夏、秋高藻期藻类数量增多,对长三角地区净水厂絮凝沉降工艺影响较大。考察了PAC、高锰酸钾+PAC、次氯酸钠+PAC除藻在不同投加量下对不同浓度藻类的去除效果,及生产性试验效果。结果表明:藻浓度为N#1、N#2时,PAC投加30mg/L合适,浓度为N#3、N#4时,PAC投加40mg/L合适,浓度为N#5时,PAC投加50mg/L合适;在PAC、高锰酸钾、次氯酸钠投加量最佳情况下,藻浓度为N#1、N#5时,高锰酸钾预氧化优于次氯酸钠藻类浓度为N#2、N#3、N#4时反之。生产性试验表明,藻浓度为N#3,PAC投加40mg/L,有效率保持在2.0mg/L时,藻类去除率可达94%。
The increase of the number of algae in the high algae period of summer and autumn has a severe impact on the flocculation and sedimentation process of water purification plants in the Yangtze River Delta. The study has learned the algae removal effect of PAC and potassium permanganate + PAC as well as sodium hypochlorite + PAC under different dosages against different concentrations of algae, and the effect of productive experiments were both investigated. The results reveal that the 30 mg/L of PAC have highest treatment effect on algae of N#1 and N#2 concentration. Besides, putting 40 mg/L of PAC in the algae with concentration of N#3 and N#4 achieves the highest effect and 50 mg/L of PA in the algae with concentration of N#5. Under the best optimum dosage of PAC, potassium permanganate and sodium hypochlorite dosage, potassium permanganate pre-oxidation is better than sodium hypochlorite when the algae concentration is in the N#1 and N#5 and the two shows contrary effect when the algae concentration is N#2、N#3 and N#4. Productive tests show that the algae removal rate is 94% when the effective rate is maintained at 2.0 mg/L by putting 40 mg/L of PAC in the algae with concentration of N#3.
