摘要
目的试验将针对胰腺癌患者进行癌性疼痛管理,通过长期从事肿瘤内科的护理管理及研究癌症疼痛护理策略团队的共同努力,帮助患者减轻病痛干扰。方法试验选取2019年6月至2020年12月收治的胰腺癌患者作为研究对象,共计有80例符合调研的纳入标准。通过随机抽签分为两组。对照组患者采用常规护理措施,观察组则为长期从事肿瘤内科的护理管理及研究癌症疼痛护理策略团队带领护理工作。对比患者的并发症情况、癌痛控制程度等指标。结果从护理质量上看,两组患者癌痛问题均有所改善,且观察组患者VAS评分为(3.90±0.50)分,对照组为(5.10±0.70)分,组间对比差异较为显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与此同时,在护理满意度的调查上,观察组患者的满意度为90.00%,明显优于对照组的77.50%,差异具有统计学意义。而在本次治疗住院时间的统计上,观察组为(10.60±2.60)d,对照组则为(15.40±3.00)d,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在长期从事肿瘤内科的护理管理及研究癌症疼痛护理策略团队带领下,实施胰腺癌患者的癌性疼痛控制,可提升患者的治疗依从性,缓解病痛,提升耐受性,有助于防控并发症,对于患者的整体治疗具有帮助。
Objective The experiment will manage cancer pain for patients with pancreatic cancer.Through the joint efforts of long-term nursing management in oncology department and research on cancer pain nursing strategy team,it will help patients relieve pain interference.Methods The patients with pancreatic cancer admitted from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and a total of 80 patients met the inclusion criteria.Divided into two groups by random drawing.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures,while those in the observation group led the nursing work for the nursing management team engaged in oncology department for a long time and studying cancer pain nursing strategies.The complications and cancer pain control degree of patients were compared.Results From the perspective of the quality of care,the cancer pain problem of the two groups of patients has been improved,and the VAS score of the observation group is(3.90±0.50)points,and the control group was(5.10±0.70)points,the difference between the groups is relatively significant,with statistics significance(P<0.05).At the same time,in the survey of nursing satisfaction,the satisfaction of patients in the observation group was 90.00%,which was significantly better than 77.50%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant.In the statistics of hospitalization time in this treatment,the observation group was(10.60±2.60)days and the control group was(15.40±3.00)days,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Under the leadership of the nursing management team who has been engaged in oncology for a long time and studied the nursing strategy of cancer pain,the implementation of cancer pain control for patients with pancreatic cancer can improve the treatment compliance of patients,relieve pain,improve tolerance,help prevent and control complications,and help the overall treatment of patients.
