摘要
对6种机制砂和1种天然砂进行颗粒级配分析,研究不同机制砂的胶砂性能。结果表明,市售机制砂颗粒级配和质量相差较大,颗粒级配对机制砂胶砂性能影响较大。机制砂M2的颗粒级配和胶砂性能最优,其细度模数为2.84,属于细砂,颗粒级配可以达到Ⅰ类建筑用砂要求,胶砂抗折强度为10.27 MPa、抗压强度为51.3 MPa,与天然砂相当。机制砂粒度偏粗或偏细、颗粒级配不良均会导致胶砂性能下降,因此,控制机制砂颗粒级配是提高机制砂性能的关键因素。
The particle gradation of six manufactured sands and one natural sand was analyzed,and the mortar properties of different manufactured sands were studied.The results showed that the commercially available manufactured sand had a large difference in particle gradation and different quality,and the particle size had a greater influence on the properties of machine-made sand mortar.Manufactured sand M2 belonged to fine sand,and particle size distribution could meet the requirements of Type I construction sand.The mortar performance of M2(flexural strength of 10.27 MPa,compressive strength of 51.3 MPa)was equivalent to that of natural sand,which indicated that the mortar performance of manufactured sand with suitable particle gradation could reach the performance of natural sand.Coarse or fine particle size and poor particle gradation would cause the mortar performance of manufactured sand to decrease,controlling the grain gradation was a key factor to improve the performance of manufactured sand.
