高职师生视角下产业学院建设存在问题的研究

摘要校企混合所有制背景下二级产业学院的建设和发展是实现校企合作、推进产学研协调发展、创新发展职业教育的必备途径。产业学院探索与实践中最直接参与者和创新改良的最直接受益者是高职院校师生,因此从高职师生角度出发,进行产业学院建设问题中存在问题的探索和分析,是对高职混合所有制二级产业学院的各项机制与运行模式进行创新的最强劲推力。本文从高职师生视角下探讨了产业学院建设存在的问题,包括产教学院的学生差距问题、人才培养问题、企业派驻教师师资问题和校企合作时效问题等,需要对高职院校混合所有制二级产业学院的上述问题进行改良和创新,以推进高职院校办学质量的螺旋攀升。 The construction and development of secondary industrial colleges under the background of school-enterprise mixed ownership is an indispensable way to realize school-enterprise cooperation,promote the coordinated development of production,education and research,and innovate and develop vocational education.The most direct participants in the exploration and practice of industrial colleges and the most direct beneficiaries of innovation and improvement are the teachers and students of higher vocational colleges.Therefore,from the perspective of higher vocational teachers and students,the exploration and analysis of the problems in the construction of industrial colleges is right The most powerful driving force for the innovation of the various mechanisms and operating modes of the mixed-ownership secondary industry colleges in higher vocational education.The article discusses the problems in the construction of industrial colleges from the perspective of teachers and students in higher vocational colleges,including the problem of student gaps in the colleges of production and education,the problem of talent training,the problem of teachers stationed by enterprises,and the problem of school-enterprise cooperation.The above-mentioned problems of the secondary industrial colleges of ownership are improved and innovated to promote the spiral increase of the quality of higher vocational colleges.
