摘要
为提升高校图书馆座位管理系统最大效用,本文采用对比分析的方法分析了2020年6~12月贵州医科大学图书馆座位预约人次、实际进馆人次,结合新冠肺炎疫情防控措施,对高校图书馆座位管理系统在新冠肺炎疫情防控下如何发挥最大效用进行SWOT分析,从制度、宣传方法、管理方式、馆员业务能力、技术等方面提出有效的优化策略,以优化实施座位管理制度。
COVID-19 is the most effective way to improve the seat management system of university libraries.The paper analyzes the seat reservation times and the actual number of people entering the library of Guizhou Medical University from June 2020 to December.Combined with COVID-19's control measures,the paper analyzes the maximum effectiveness of the seat management system in the prevention and control of COVID-19 in university libraries,and makes SWOT analysis on it.In order to optimize the implementation of seat management system,effective optimization strategies are put forward from the aspects of publicity methods,management methods,librarians'professional ability and technology.
