摘要
近年来,社会对石油资源的需求量变得越来越大,促进了石油储运行业的飞速发展。通常来说,石油资源是石油储运行业中最重要的一部分,在实际的运输中,只有有效的操作才能够确保石油储运更加的平稳安全,才能够有利于中国石油储运事业的健康可持续发展。文章主要根据如何深化规范化操作促进石油储运安全平稳展开深入的研究与分析,从中找出存在的问题,并且根据这些问题给出相应的解决策略。
In recent years,the demand for oil resources has become more and more large in the society,which promotes the rapid development of oil storage and transportation industry.Generally speaking,oil resources are the most important part of the oil storage and transportation industry.In the actual transportation,only effective operation can ensure the safety and stability of oil storage and transportation,and can be conducive to the healthy and sustainable development of China’s oil storage and transportation industry.This paper mainly based on how to deepen standardized operation to promote the safety and stability of oil storage and transportation to carry out in-depth research and analysis,f ind out the existing problems,and according to these problems,give corresponding solutions.
