摘要
水平运输系统的交通组织对自动化集装箱码头作业效率有着重大影响,其中海侧路口的交通能力对装卸船效率更是产生直接影响。文章以一种新型自动化集装箱码头布局为例,采用flexsim建立码头系统仿真模型,通过模拟水平运输设备进出海侧堆场交叉路口的情况,综合考虑设备加减速、避碰等因素,对道路交通能力进行仿真分析,并利用仿真结果探究在该新型自动化集装箱码头布局下如何优化具体的交通组织,结果表明对于进出堆场路口的布局应尽量满足可同时转进转出的要求从而使路口通过能力达到最大。
The traffic organization of horizontal transportation system is important to the operation efficiency in an automated container terminal.Especially the crossroads in seaside,it has great impact on operation efficiency of container vessels.Based on the new automated container terminal layout,a terminal system simulation model was established on flexsim to analyze the road traffic capacity on the seaside intersections under different operation cases regarding equipment acceleration,deceleration,anti-collision and etc.The simulation result is used to explore how to improve traffic arrangement under this new automated terminal layout and to reveal that the layout of the crossroads in and out of the yard should try to meet the requirements of simultaneous turning in and out so as to maximize the passing capacity of the crossroads.
