摘要
通过对成形网在使用过程中出现问题的总结和分析,提出工艺备品改进设计方案和张紧设备校正调整方法,取得了预期效果,降低了事故发生率,延长了成形网的使用寿命。
This paper summarizes and analyzes the problems in the operation of the forming wire,and proposes a design plan for the improvement of the process spare parts and the correction and adjustment method of the tensioning equipment.The expected results are achieved,the accident rate is reduced,and the service life of the forming wire is prolonged.
