摘要
在密封胶拉伸强度和伸长率测试过程中,最主要的一个步骤就是成膜,膜片的质量直接影响最终的测试结果。本文通过控制不同的制样及养护方式,研究建筑硅酮密封胶膜片拉伸强度和断裂延伸率测试结果的变化,并通过对比结果来总结影响膜片拉伸性能的影响因素。
In the test process of tensile strength and elongation of sealant,the most important step is film-forming.The quality of the film sheet directly affects the final test results.By controlling different sample preparation and maintenance methods,this paper studies the changes of test results of tensile strength and elongation at break of building silicone sealant film sheet,and summarizes the influencing factors affecting the tensile properties of film sheet by comparing the results.
