摘要
南京作为中国首批创新型城市和唯一的科技体制综合改革试点城市,开展南京市创新名城建设指标体系研究对全面建设具有全球影响力的创新名城具有重要意义。文章从创新资源聚集能力、创新要素投入能力、创新成果产出能力、创新影响力、创新环境支撑5个方面构建南京创新名城建设能力,以2015—2019年南京科技统计数据为基础,开展南京创新名城建设能力评价研究。研究结果表明,南京市在创新要素投入和创新成果产出等方面提升较快,创新资源聚集能力和创新影响力仍待改善,创新支撑环境有待进一步优化以更好地支撑南京创新名城建设发展。
Nanjing is one of the first batch of innovative cities and the only pilot city of comprehensive reform of science and technology system in China,so carrying out the research on the index system of Nanjing innovative famous city construction is of great significance to the overall construction of innovative city with global influence.This paper constructs the construction ability of Nanjing innovation city from five aspects:the ability of innovation resource gathering,the ability of innovation factor input,the ability of innovation result output,the ability of innovation influence and the support of innovation environment.Based on the sci-tech statistical data of Nanjing from 2015 to 2019,the evaluation study on the construction capacity of Nanjing innovative city is carried out.The results show that Nanjing city has been improved rapidly in terms of input of innovation factors and output of innovation results,the ability of innovation resource aggregation and innovation influence still need to be improved,and the innovation supporting environment needs to be further optimized to better support the construction and development of Nanjing innovation city.
