摘要
随着大数据时代的到来,特别是当前疫情环境下,人们出行和国际贸易业务都受到了极大限制,跨境电商成为国际贸易新运营模式,为海内外各类企业及消费者提供了更多便利,也解决了很多困难。跨境电商业务需要熟练掌握跨境电商平台操作流程的合格人才,高职跨境电商专业旨在培养此行业的实操性人才,如何培养企业和客户满意的人才是最为关键的问题。本文从校企合作的角度出发,从校企互助融合对于跨境电商人才培养的作用展开分析,论证在高职跨境电商人才培养中校企互助融合的重要性。
With the arrival of the era of big data,especially in the situation of Covid-19 epidemic,people’s way of commuting and international trade have been greatly restricted.Cross-border e-commerce has become a new operating mode of international trade,and been providing more convenience for all kinds of enterprises and consumers both at home and abroad and solving many difficulties.Cross-border e-commerce business requires qualified talents who are proficient in the operation process of cross-border e-commerce platform.Vocational cross-border e-commerce major aims at cultivating practical talents in this industry.How to cultivate talents satisfied with enterprises and customers is the most critical issue.From the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation,this paper analyzes the role of school-enterprise mutual assistance and cooperation in the cultivation of cross-border e-commerce talents,and demonstrates the importance of school-enterprise mutual assistance and integration in the cultivation of cross-border e-commerce talents in vocational colleges.
