实践教学对提升茶文化课程教学质量的研究与应用 被引量:3

摘要 实践教学是高校教学工作的重要组成部分,是学生获取和掌握知识的重要途径。笔者前期调查表明,大学生普遍存在对茶文化课教学效果不满意的情况,这对茶文化实践教学改革提出了迫切需求。本文通过在茶文化教学过程中设置不同实践教学内容,并对教学前后参与者进行调查。结果表明,实践教学可显著提升茶文化类课程教学效果,但不同的实践教学内容教学效果不尽相同;由于专业基础不同,本科生与专科生的教学效果也有所差异。研究结果可为高校茶文化课程教学改革及大纲的制订提供参考。 Practical teaching is an important part of teaching work in universities,and an important way for students to acquire and master knowledge.The author's previous survey results reveal that college students are generally dissatisfied with the teaching effect in tea culture course,which threw out an urgent requirement for the reform of tea culture practical teaching.In this paper,we set up different practical teaching contents in the process of tea culture teaching,and investigated the participants before and after the teaching.The results show that practical teaching can significantly improve the teaching effect of tea culture courses;however,the teaching effect vary according to different practical teaching contents in all groups.Due to the different professional basis,the teaching effect was different in undergraduate and junior college groups.The research results can provide reference for the teaching reform of tea culture courses as well as establishing of teaching program.
