摘要
为探究不同因素对全尾砂浆触变特性的影响规律,以某铁矿全尾砂为研究对象,展开全尾砂浆在不同条件下的恒定剪切试验,利用剪切应力变化量Δτ对触变特性进行定量描述,分析其变化规律。结果表明:质量浓度、温度、灰砂比、剪切速率等因素对全尾砂浆触变性均有一定影响,且其存在一定函数关系;质量浓度、剪切速率对触变性有促进作用,而温度、灰砂比的升高则降低其触变性;质量浓度低于62%时对触变性影响较小,高于62%时影响较大;高温环境会促进料浆内分子布朗运动,使絮网结构向液网结构转化,降低触变性;灰砂比降低,细颗粒增多,触变性增强,但存在一定极限,灰砂比小于1∶8后影响微弱;强剪切作用对料浆絮网结构破坏更加彻底,可有效增强料浆流动性。对全尾砂浆触变特性进行了一定解释,为矿山生产提供了一定参考意义。
In order to explore the influence of different factors on the thixotropic properties of unclassified tailing slur⁃ry,taking the unclassified tailing of iron ore as the research object,the constant shear test of unclassified tailing slurry under different conditions was carried out.The thixotropic properties were quantitatively described by the shear stress variationΔτ,and the change rule of the thixotropic properties was analyzed.The results show that:mass concentration,temperature,ce⁃ment-tailing ratio,shear rate,and other factors have certain influence on the thixotropy of the unclassified tailing slurry,and there is a certain function relationship between them.The thixotropy is promoted by mass concentration and shear rate,while the increase of temperature and cement-sand ratio decreases it.The thixotropy was less affected when the mass concentration was lower than 62%,and more affected when the mass concentration was higher than 62%.The high-temperature environ⁃ment can promote the Brownian motion of the molecules in the slurry,and make the structure of the flocculation network transform into that of the liquid network,and reduce the thixotropy.The decrease of cement-sand ratio resulted in the in⁃crease of fine particles and the enhancement of thixotropy,but the effect was weak when the cement-tailing ratio was less than 1:8.The strong shear damage to the structure of the slurry mesh is more thorough,which can effectively enhance the slur⁃ry fluidity.The thixotropic characteristics of the unclassified tailing slurry are explained to some extent,which provides a cer⁃tain reference for mine production.
