摘要
目的探讨Vitapex糊剂根管充填对幼儿乳牙根尖炎的近期疗效。方法106例乳牙根尖炎患儿,采用便利取样法分为研究组和对照组,每组53例。研究组患儿采用Vitapex糊剂根管充填治疗,对照组患儿采用氧化锌碘仿糊剂根管充填治疗。比较两组患儿疗效、症状(牙周脓肿、牙齿松动、牙槽骨吸收)改善时间、儿童疼痛观察量表(POCIS)评分与复发率。结果研究组患儿总有效率94.34%高于对照组的79.25%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患儿牙周脓肿改善时间(7.63±1.24)d、牙齿松动改善时间(7.26±1.31)d、牙槽骨吸收改善时间(7.18±1.05)d均短于对照组的(9.52±1.45)、(9.72±1.56)、(9.64±1.17)d,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿POCIS评分(2.35±0.24)分、复发率3.77%均低于对照组的(3.63±0.45)分、16.98%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Vitapex糊剂根管充填有助于减少幼儿乳牙根尖炎患儿的复发,改善其近期疗效,同时减轻其疼痛程度,应用价值显著。
Objective To discuss the short-term efficacy of Vitapex paste root canal filling on periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth in infants.Methods A total of 106 infants with periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth were divided into research group and control group according to convenient sampling method,with 53 cases in each group.The research group was treated with Vitapex paste root canal filling,and the control group was treated with zinc oxide iodoform paste root canal filling.The efficacy,improvements of symptoms(periodontal abscess,tooth loosening,alveolar bone resorption),pain observation scale for young children(POCIS)score and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 94.34%of the research group was higher than 79.25% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvements of periodontal abscess,tooth loosening,alveolar bone resorption of the research group were(7.63±1.24),(7.26±1.31),and(7.18±1.05)d,which were shorter than(9.52±1.45),(9.72±1.56),and(9.64±1.17)d of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The POCIS score(2.35±0.24)points and recurrence rate 3.77% of the observation group were lower than(3.63±0.45)points and 16.98%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Vitapex paste root canal filling shows significant practical value for infants with periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth,and it can help to reduce the recurrence rate,improve the short-term efficacy,and alleviate the pain of infants.
