摘要
针对目前地面驱动螺杆泵井动液面测量耗时费力、实时性差、周期长、成本高,无法实现实时、经济、高效、智能化测量的问题,通过对电参数与油井光杆扭矩的关系分析,并对井下扭矩组成分析,研究井下举升流体所需的扭矩和沉没度、泵压差之间的关系,建立了基于电参数的地面驱动螺杆泵井动液面计算模型,并利用C语言研发了动液面计算软件。以河南油田现场的10口地面驱动螺杆泵井为实例进行模型应用检验,计算得出的动液面与实测动液面的平均相对误差为9.23%,表明该模型计算精度较高,能够为现场生产提供理论依据与技术支持。结合在线实时采集的电参数,可实现地面驱动螺杆泵井动液面的实时监测,有利于油田的信息化与智能化建设,降低了生产管理成本,提高了生产效率与效益。
The dynamic liquid level measurement of surface driven screw pump well is time-consuming,poor real-time,long cycle and high cost,which cannot achieve real-time,economic,efficient and intelligent measurement.Through the analysis of the relationship between electrical parameters and polished rod torque of oil well,and the analysis of downhole torque composition,the relationship between the torque required by downhole lifting fluid and submergence and pump pressure difference is studied,and the calculation model of dynamic liquid level of surface driven screw pump based on electrical parameters is established,and the calculation software of dynamic liquid level is developed by using C language.By taking 10 surface driven screw pump wells in Henan oilfield as examples,the average relative error between calculated and measured dynamic liquid level is 9.23%,which indicates that the model has high calculation accuracy and can provide theoretical basis and technical support for field production.Combined with the online real-time acquisition of electrical parameters,it can realize the real-time monitoring of the surface driven screw pump well dynamic liquid level,which is conducive to the information and intelligent construction of the oilfield,reduces the production management cost,and improves the production efficiency and benefit.
