摘要
国投新疆罗布泊钾盐有限责任公司年产120万t钾肥项目的盐田面积较大,矿层厚度、矿质分布不均,通过采用实时差分定位(RTK)测量仪、水位测量仪、Surfer 3D软件及引入MRP-ERP(物料需求计划)管理理念,建立了一套完善的反映成矿规律及矿石采收动态的体系,可以精确、形象地反映盐田成矿和矿石采收的动态情况。通过上述举措,达到了优化采收方案,合理采矿、配矿,稳定生产的目的,保持了光卤石盐田和钾混盐盐田池系之间的余矿量平衡、成品盐田晒矿量与采矿量之间的平衡,同时在此基础上编制了晒矿计划及矿石采收计划,为提高企业经济效益奠定了坚实基础。
The 1.2 million t/a potash fertilizer complex of SDIC Xinjiang Lop Nor Potash Co.,Ltd.include a large area of salt ponds which are covered with thick ores of high inhomogeneity.During the ore extraction from the salt pond,a part of ore often remained in the pond,floating pipeline was grounding on solid salt and the ore supply was unstable,which prevented the processing plant from stable operation.With the help of RTK technology,water depth sounder,Surfer 3D software and MRP-ERP(material requirements plan)management concept,a gradually improved system was established to accurately and vividly show the dynamic situation of mineralization in salt pond and ore extraction.Upon taking above measures,the ore extraction programs was optimized,rational and stable ore extraction and preparation were operated,as a result,the overall balance of ore quantity between salt ponds,carnallite and sylvinite remained in the pond or the brine evaporation in solar pond and the ore delivered to processing plant was able to be maintained.At the same time,the ore extraction plan and potash production schedule were prepared,which lays a solid foundation for improving the economic performance and sustainable development of the company.
