摘要
目的探讨传统方法修复制作的全口总义齿与运用吸附性机制制作的全口总义齿对全口无牙颌患者的临床治疗效果。方法 44例全口无牙颌患者,随机分为传统义齿组和吸附性义齿组,每组22例。传统义齿组采用传统方法修复制作全口总义齿,吸附性义齿组采用吸附性机制制作全口总义齿。比较两组患者的治疗效果及治疗满意度。结果吸附性义齿组患者的治疗总有效率为95.45%,高于传统义齿组的72.73%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。吸附性义齿组患者的治疗满意度为95.45%,高于传统义齿组的68.18%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用吸附性机制制作的全口总义齿对全口无牙颌患者进行治疗效果较好,患者对治疗效果的满意度较高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effects of the complete denture made by a conventional method or by adsorption mechanism in patients with complete edentulous jaw.Methods 44 patients with complete edentulous jaw were randomly divided into a conventional denture group and a adsorption-mechanism denture group,with 22 patients in each group.In the conventional denture group,the conventional method was used to make the complete denture;while in the adsorption-mechanism denture group,the adsorption mechanism was used to make the complete denture.Therapeutic effects and satisfaction of the patients were compared between these two groups.Results The overall clinical efficacy in the adsorptionmechanism denture group was 95.45%,which was higher than 72.73%in the conventional denture group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the patients in the adsorption-mechanism denture group was 95.45%,which was higher than 68.18%in the conventional denture group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The complete denture made by the adsorption mechanism has good therapeutic effects in patients with complete edentulous jaw,and patients have high satisfaction with the therapeutic effects.Thus,it is worth promoting in clinical practice.
