摘要
利用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)作为散射剂,利用纳米改性线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE),结合三层共挤、光电雾度测试仪、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等技术制备高性能LLDPE散光膜,研究PMMA添加量对LLDPE散光薄膜性能的影响。结果表明:不同PMMA添加量对LLDPE散光膜光学及力学性能影响显著。当PMMA添加量为15%时,光学性能最理想,雾度及透光率分别为91%、95.1%,同时PMMA显著改善薄膜的晶体结构及断裂特征,表现为显著的韧性断裂,进一步改善薄膜的力学性能。
High performance linear low density polyethylene(LLDPE)astigmatism film was prepared by using polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)as scattering agent, nano modified LLDPE,three-layer coextrusion, photoelectric haze tester, scanning electron microscope(SEM)and other technologies.The effect of PMMA contents on the properties of LLDPE astigmatism film was studied.The results show that the optical and mechanical properties of LLDPE astigmatism films are significantly affected by the amount of PMMA.When the PMMA content is 15%,the optical properties are the best, and the haze and transmittance are 91%and 95.1%,respectively.At the same time, PMMA can significantly improve the crystal structure and fracture characteristics of the film, showing significant ductile fracture, which further improves the mechanical properties of the film.
