摘要
随着国家对大气污染物排放量控制的持续加强,钢铁企业燃气锅炉也纳入了重点污染物排放治理范围,脱硫既是锅炉烟气治理的主要内容。本文对天钢联合特钢燃气锅炉脱硫工艺和脱硫介质的选择进行了探讨,介绍了小苏打干法烟气脱硫工艺和系统组成,并详细叙述了脱硫系统各组成部分的主要功能和设备参数。燃气锅炉脱硫项目实施后,实现了公司燃气锅炉烟气的超低排放的目标,但在调试和运行过程中仍存在一些需要今后改进的问题。
With the continuous strengthening of national control over air pollutant emissions,the gas fired boilers in iron and steel enterprises are also included in the scope of key pollutant emission control,desulfurization is namely the main content of boiler flue gas treatment.This paper discussed the selection of desulfurization process and desulfurization medium for gas-fired boiler of Tiangang United special steel company,introduced the process of baking soda dry flue gas desulfurization and system composition,and described in detail the main functions and equipment parameters of each part of the desulfurization system.After the implementation of gas boiler desulfurization project,achieved the goal of ultra-low emission of gas boiler,but there are still some problems to be henceforth improved in the process of debugging and operation.
