摘要
积极开展水合物相平衡的研究对于水合物的开发和储运均有重要意义。采用Multiflash软件对影响水合物相平衡的气体组分、盐类、抑制剂、温度、压力等因素进行了数值模拟,研究了不同因素的变化规律。结果表明:软件模拟值与实验值具有较好的一致性,在纯CH4体系中加入C2H6、C3H8或H2S均会促进水合物的生成,CO_(2)的促进作用有限,而N2具有轻微的抑制作用;不同离子成分对水合物生成均有抑制作用,抑制作用大小为:MgCl2>NaCl>CaCl_(2)>KCl>Na_(2)SO_(4),且Cl-的抑制作用明显强于SO_(4)^(2-);不同抑制剂单位含量的抑制效果不同,当抑制剂添加量小于13%或大于25%时可优选三甘醇,添加量13%~25%时可优选乙二醇;当压力较低时,水合物平衡温度对压力变化敏感,当温度较高时,水合物的平衡压力对温度变化敏感。研究结果可为水合物流动保障提供理论依据,并可指导水合物的高效勘探和开发。
The study of hydrate phase equilibrium is of great significance for hydrate development,storage and transportation.The Multiflash software was used to numerically simulate the factors affecting the hydrate phase equilibrium,such as gas components,salts,inhibitors,temperature and pressure.The variation rules of the different factors were studied.The results show that the software simulation values are in good agreement with the experimental values.The addition of C2H6,C3H8 or H2S in the pure CH4 system can promote the formation of hydrate;the promotion effect of CO2 is limited;while the inhibitory effect of N2 is slight.The inhibitory effects of different ionic components on hydrate formation is MgCl_(2)>NaCl>CaCl_(2)>KCl>Na_(2)SO_(4);and the inhibitory effect of Cl-is obviously stronger than that of SO_(4)^(2-);the unit content of different inhibitor has different inhibitory effect.Triethylene glycol is preferred when its adding amount was less than 13%or more than 25%;ethylene glycol is preferred when the adding amount is 13%~25%.When the pressure is low,the equilibrium pressure of hydrate is sensitive to the change of pressure;when the temperature is high,the equilibrium pressure of hydrate is sensitive to the change of temperature.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for hydrate flow assurance and guide the efficient exploration and development of hydrate.
