摘要
为降低平菇熟料栽培成本,平菇棉籽壳和玉米芯混合培养料经过温度诱导处理后(23℃~38℃保持40 h),其pH经历了下降、升高、下降的变化过程,最低下降13.04%;料温先期升高幅度较大,后期采取控温措施,升高幅度趋缓;真菌数量急剧下降(甚至不可检出),细菌数量大幅增加。经100℃灭菌2 h后,pH升高,细菌、真菌等杀灭效果较好,接种后对平菇菌丝的生长未产生影响。
The mixed Pleuroyus osteratus substrate with cotton seed hull and corn cob was induced(23℃-38℃for 40 h),its pH experienced a process of decline,increase and decline,the lowest value has been cut by 13.04%.The temperature in prophase was increased higher,and the rising range slowed down after the temperature control measures had been adopted in the later.The number of fungus fell sharply(even undetectable)and the bacterias had been increased significantly.The pH increased after sterilization at 100℃for 2 h,and the killing effect of bacterias and fungus was better.After inoculation,the growth of P.ostreatus mycelium had not been affected.
