摘要
脑小血管病(CSVD)是一组好发于老年人群,主要累及颅内小血管,出现各种临床表现的一类综合征,是导致卒中和认知障碍发生的主要原因,尚无统一的诊断金标准。文章就该病的发病机制、影像学特点、遗传学分类、诊断与治疗、与痴呆和焦虑抑郁的关系进行阐述,以期提高对脑小血管病的诊疗水平。
Cerebral small vessel disease(CSVD)is a group of syndromes which mainly involves small intracranial vessels and presents with various clinical manifestations in the elderly population.This article reviews the pathogenesis,imaging characteristics,genetic classifications,diagnosis and treatment,and the relationship with dementia and anxiety and depression,with the aim of improving the diagnosis and treatment of CSVD.
