摘要
目的探讨失效模式和效应分析在微泵用药安全管理中的应用效果。方法运用失效模式和效应分析对微泵用药流程进行系统分析,计算风险优先指数(RPN)值查找高危环节,制定并实施改进方案。结果实施FMEA后,微泵用药护理安全事件发生率从2.36%下降至0.95%,与实施前比较,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05),7个高危环节的RPN值均降至125分以下。结论采用FMEA系统评价微泵使用的整个过程,为患者的微泵用药安全提供全面的保障。
Objective To explore the application effect of failure mode and effect analysis(FMEA)in the medication safety management of micropump.Methods Failure mode and effect analysis was used to systematically analyze the medication process of the micropump,calculate the risk priority number(RPN)value to find high-risk links,formulate and implement improvement plans.Results After the implementation of FMEA,the incidence of safety incidents in micropump medication care dropped from 2.36%to 0.95%.Compared with the pre-implementation,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the RPN values of the 7 high-risk links all fell to below 125 points.Conclusion The use of the FMEA system to evaluate the entire process of micropump use can provide a comprehensive guarantee for the safety of patients'micropump medication.
