摘要
目的探讨丘脑前核电刺激治疗药物难治性癫痫时,低频电刺激和高频电刺激的治疗效果的差异。方法回顾性分析了北京天坛医院以及北京丰台医院癫痫中心行丘脑前核电刺激术,并且术后尝试过至少3个月的低频电刺激以及高频电刺激的患者。分别统计低频和高频电刺激时,每个病人的癫痫缓解率,并进行组间比较。结果共有9例患者纳入分析。高频电刺激时,癫痫的缓解率为0.32±0.09(32±9%),而低频电刺激时的癫痫缓解率为0.49±0.11(49±11%),组间比较P=0.015。结论低频丘脑前核电刺激治疗药物难治性癫痫有效,并且治疗效果可能比高频电刺激要好。
Objective To investigate the effect of low frequency electrical stimulation and high frequency electrical stimulation in the treatment of drug refractory epilepsy.Methods The patients who had been undergoing ANT-DBS operation in Beijing Tiantan Hospital and Beijing Fengtai Hospital Epilepsy Center were analyzed retrospectively.The patients who had tried low frequency electrical stimulation and high frequency electrical stimulation for at least 3 months after operation were analyzed.The epilepsy reduction rate of each patient was statistically analyzed in low frequency and high frequency electrical stimulation, and the comparison was made between groups.Results A total of 9 patients were included in the analysis.The reduction rate of high frequency electrical stimulation was 0.32 ± 0.09(32 ± 9%),while the remission rate of low frequency electrical stimulation was 0.49±0.11(49±11%)(P=0.015).Conclusion Low frequency ANT-DBS is effective in the treatment of drug-resistant epilepsy, and the therapeutic effect may be better than high frequency electrical stimulation.
