摘要
以硅烷改性聚醚树脂(MS)为主体材料,制备了一种适合集装箱用的硅烷改性密封胶。研究了不同封端基团的硅烷改性聚醚树脂和不同类型增塑剂以及不同类型硅烷偶联剂对集装箱用硅烷改性密封胶的固化速度,气味,力学性能以及环保性的影响。结果发现,三甲氧基封端的硅烷改性聚醚树脂固化速度快,消黏快,增塑剂的类型对集装箱用硅烷改性密封胶的气味以及环保性影响很大。不同种类的硅烷偶联剂赋予集装箱用硅烷改性密封胶不同的固化速度和力学性能。
Using silane-modified polyether resin(MS)as the main material,a silane-modified sealant suitable for containers was prepared.The effects of silane-modified polyether resins with different end-capping groups,different types of plasticizers and different types of silane coupling agents on the curing speed,odor,mechanical properties and environmental protection of silane-modified sealants for containers were studied.It was found that the trimethoxy-terminated silane-modified polyether resin has a fast curing speed and fast debonding;the type of plasticizer has a great influence on the smell and environmental protection of the silane-modified sealant for containers.Different types of silane coupling agents give silane modified sealants for containers different curing speeds and mechanical properties.
