摘要
近几年,我国跨境电商进出口贸易迅速发展,为我国外贸回稳做出突出贡献。但是这种高频次、碎片化的跨境零售贸易使海关的监管和风控面临巨大挑战。我国跨境电商进口监管中还有许多不足之处,如对虚假交易信息难鉴别,对物流追踪和风险监控不够强,全程监管体系不全面等。区块链技术具有公开透明、不可篡改、去中心化、可追溯等特征,能契合跨境电商进口监管需求,提高监管效率,优化监管方式,成为优化跨境电商进口监管的助力良方。
In recent years,my country's cross-border e-commerce import and export trade has developed rapidly,making outstanding contributions to the stabilization of my country's foreign trade.However,this kind of highfrequency and fragmented cross-border retail trade poses huge challenges to customs supervision and risk control.There are still many shortcomings in my country's cross-border e-commerce import supervision,such as the difficulty of identifying false transaction information,the lack of strong logistics tracking and risk monitoring,and the incomplete supervision system throughout the process.Blockchain technology has the characteristics of openness,transparency,non-tampering,decentralization,and traceability,which can meet the needs of crossborder e-commerce import supervision,improve supervision efficiency,optimize supervision methods,and become a good way to optimize cross-border e-commerce import supervision.
