摘要
选取了3家国外知名公司的造纸磨浆机专用磨片进行了研究分析,分别使用光谱分析仪测定其成分、硬度计测定其硬度、光学显微镜观察其显微组织,获得了三种磨片样品材料的化学成分、力学性能和组织结构数据。通过分析发现,基体材料中都弥散分布有大量粒状碳化物,用以增强基体的强度和耐磨性,从而达到提高磨片使用寿命的目的。
This article researched and analyzed the special-purpose refiner segment from three well-known foreign companies of paper pulping.It obtained chemical ingredient,mechanics performance and metallographic structure of three samples of refiner segment through optical spectrum instrument,durometer and optical microscope.This article found out a mass of granular carbide distributed in all of the basal body of refiner segment material through analysis,and these granular carbide enhanced basal body intensity and wear-insisting property so as to increase the working life of refiner segment.
