摘要
《中医内科学》作为中医学的主要学科,其对中医临床教学的推动作用十分明显。研究显示案例教学法(CBL)可提高学生的学习热情,有利于培养学生的积极主动性及临床综合能力。本研究对CBL在中医内科教学的应用进行初步探索,为将来进一步的教学改良、创新提供思路。本文论述CBL的必要性、优势,详细描述了CBL的具体实施方法、评价方法等,最后阐述了案例教学法的意义及注意事项。CBL适用于中医院校《中医内科学》临床教学,对合格临床医师的培养有极大帮助,可以在今后的教学中推广。
As the main subject of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinic,the reform and development of Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine plays an important role in promoting the development of TCM teaching.Case-based learning(CBL)can increase students′learning interest and enthusiasm,and help to develop students′clinical thinking ability and comprehensive ability.This article makes a preliminary exploration on the application of CBL in the teaching of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine,and provides reference for the later teaching.This article discusses the necessity,advantages,implementation,evaluation,significance and points for attention of the CBL.CBL is a teaching method suitable for TCM internal medicine,which is conducive to the training of qualified TCM doctors and can be popularized in future teaching.
