常规岛雨淋阀电磁阀电压低原因分析

摘要 辽宁红沿河核电站2号机常规岛在执行雨淋阀联动试验期间,APA泵、CEX泵及GHE密封油等区域火警探测器报警后,雨淋阀电磁阀驱动电压低于额定工作电压。通过不同机组常规岛火警联动试验结果对比分析,发现电磁阀驱动电压低原因为探测器触发报警后,火警控制器带载设备过多、线路压降过大,根本原因为常规岛火警控制器消防供电电源设计带载能力不足。通过制定临时方案及工程改造,保证火灾情况下雨淋阀正常动作。 During the linkage test of deluge valve on the conventional island of unit 2 of Liaoning Hongyanhe Nuclear Power Station,the driving voltage of deluge valve solenoid valve was lower than the rated working voltage after the alarm of fire detectors in areas where APA pumps,CEX pumps and GHE sealing oil are located.Through the comparative analysis of fire linkage test results for conventional islands of different units,it is found that the low driving voltage of the solenoid valve is due to the excessive load carrying equipment and large line voltage drop of the fire controller after the detector triggers the alarm.The root cause is the insufficient designed load carrying capacity of power supply for conventional island fire-fighting controller.By formulating temporary scheme and engineering transformation,the normal operation of deluge valve in case of fire is ensured.
