摘要
公路施工风险贯穿于公路工程施工全过程,对公路工程施工质量影响显著,为了进一步明确施工过程中不同影响因素对施工风险的影响程度,加强施工项目的精细化管理水平,拟选用层次分析法,对施工风险影响因素进行量化研究,提出公路施工风险管理对策与应对机制。
Construction risks happen commonly in the whole process of highway construction, and have significant influence on the construction quality. In order to further determine the impact of different influencing factors in the construction process on the construction risks and raise the fine management level of construction projects, this paper used the analytic hierarchy process to perform the quantitative research of influencing factors of construction risks, and the management strategy and coping mechanism for highway construction risks were proposed.
