摘要
以七味白术散总苷的提取率为响应值,煎煮时间、提取次数、料液比为考察因素,采用Box-Behnken响应面法设计3因素3水平分析试验,用2,3-二硝基水杨酸法(DNS)检测七味白术散总苷含量。结果表明:七味白术散总苷的最佳提取工艺为煎煮时间53 min、提取次数2次、料液比1∶13.7(g/mL),在此工艺下,七味白术散总苷的平均提取率提升至(0.71±0.01)%。
To optimize the extraction process of total glycosides of Qiweibaizhu Powder,the Box-Behnken response surface methodology was used in the three factors and three levels analysis,taking the extraction rate of total glycosides of Qiweibaizhu Powder as the response value,and decoction time,the number of extractions and solid-liquid ratio as the variables.The total glycoside content of Qiweibaizhu Powder was detected by 2,3-dinitrosalicylic acid method(DNS).The optimal extraction process for total glycosides of Qiweibaizhu Powder was:decocting time 53 min,extracting twice and solid-liquid ratio 1∶13.7(g/mL).Under such conditions,the average extraction rate of total glycosides of Qiweibaizhu Powder was about(0.71±0.01)%.
