摘要在对前人于高质量发展方面的含义、影响因素和实现路径等方面的梳理下,总结了前人对高质量发展的一致性观点和认识。根据装备制造业在制造业和实体经济中的重要地位,筛选并确定了装备制造业产业集群创新系统的内部影响因素,建立了装备制造业产业集群创新驱动高质量发展的创新实体和创新子系统,绘制了装备制造业产业集群创新因果关系图和系统流图。并且构造了装备制造业产业集群创新系统仿真模型,设计了四种仿真方案,并使用Vensim软件利用13年来包头市装备制造业集群的相关统计数据进行了仿真。根据仿真结果发现,企业R&D经费投入对包头市装备制造业产业集群的发展起主要作用。 Based on the analysis of the meaning, influencing factors and realization path of high-quality development of predecessors, this paper summarizes the consistent viewpoints and understandings of predecessors on high-quality development. According to the important position of the equipment manufacturing industry in the manufacturing industry and the real economy, the internal influence factors of the innovation system of the equipment manufacturing industry cluster were screened and determined, and the innovation entity and innovation subsystem of the equipment manufacturing industry cluster innovation driving high-quality development were established. The innovation causality diagram and system flow diagram of the equipment manufacturing industry cluster were drawn. In addition, a simulation model for the innovation system of the equipment manufacturing industry cluster was constructed, four simulation experiment schemes were designed, and Vensim software was used to simulate the relevant statistics of the equipment manufacturing cluster in Baotou for 13 years. According to the simulation results, it was found that the R & D investment of enterprises plays a major role in the development of Baotou’s equipment manufacturing industry cluster.
